Call before traveling. The sheriff and jail share the same site, but custody questions, incident reports, and court files are different requests. The jail can address current booking and release status. The arresting agency handles its report. The proper court addresses filed charges and outcomes.
How to Look Up Apache County Arrests

A disposition appears only after court action. If a filed case exists, the Apache County criminal court file is the source for dismissals, pleas, judgments, and sentences.
St. Johns Apache County Arrest Tools

Public postings include a presumption-of-innocence warning, so a listed arrest must still be checked against the court outcome.

For a report copy, the official St. Johns Police records request form asks for requester contact details, an incident number, incident date, location fields, a map marker, added information, and an agreement about false reports.
The incident number is required. If it is unknown, call the department before submitting instead of guessing.

Recent records can appear at different speeds. A jail entry may exist before a prosecutor files charges. A St. Johns Police post may describe an incident that never produces a Superior Court case. Public Access itself updates weekly. Absence from any one of these channels proves neither that an arrest never occurred nor that a person remains in custody.
Note: A person released from jail may no longer appear in a current-custody view even though agency records still exist.
DPS and Apache County Arrest Reports
The Arizona Department of Public Safety separates trooper records from city and county incidents. Its records request guidance says DPS does not retain reports created by local agencies.
