- Set aside or sealing: file with the Apache County court that handled the qualifying case
The sheriff and jail share the Washington Street site, while the Superior Court clerk is at the courthouse on West 3rd South. Calling the correct office first is especially useful when a file is stored or the arresting agency was a city department.
