Official Apache County criminal records must come from the office that created or maintains them. The contacts below separate Superior Court files from sheriff and jail material, city police reports, and personal Arizona DPS repository review. This privately run resource cannot accept a government records request.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot retrieve or correct a record, conduct an official check, or accept a set-aside, sealing, or expungement filing.

  • Set aside or sealing: file with the Apache County court that handled the qualifying case

The sheriff and jail share the Washington Street site, while the Superior Court clerk is at the courthouse on West 3rd South. Calling the correct office first is especially useful when a file is stored or the arresting agency was a city department.
